These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MakerSquare website (makersquare.ai) and your enrollment in MakerSquare programs. By accessing our website or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.
MakerSquare LLC is a Texas limited liability company operating an in-person AI engineering bootcamp program in Austin, Texas. Our registered address is 336 Lacey Oak Loop, San Marcos, TX 78666.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
Submitting an application does not guarantee admission to any MakerSquare cohort. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. All admission decisions are final. We may request additional information as part of the admissions process.
By submitting an application, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in immediate disqualification or removal from the program without refund.
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of a signed enrollment agreement and payment of the required deposit or full tuition. Tuition for the July 2026 cohort is $5,999 (standard) or $4,499 (service scholarship recipients).
Payment plans are available and will be detailed in your enrollment agreement. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension or removal from the program.
In cases of documented serious personal emergency occurring after the program begins, refund requests will be reviewed individually at MakerSquare's discretion.
To request a refund, email hello@makersquare.ai with your name, cohort date, and reason for withdrawal.
MakerSquare reserves the right to modify curriculum content, session schedules, instructors, and program format as needed. We will notify enrolled students of material changes with reasonable advance notice. If MakerSquare cancels a cohort entirely, enrolled students will receive a full refund of tuition paid.
Students are expected to:
MakerSquare reserves the right to remove any student from the program for conduct that disrupts the cohort or violates these standards. Removal for conduct violations does not entitle the student to a refund.
Students retain full ownership of all projects, products, and ideas they develop during the program. MakerSquare does not claim any intellectual property rights over student work.
All content on the MakerSquare website, including text, design, curriculum materials, and graphics, is owned by MakerSquare LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
By enrolling, you agree that MakerSquare may photograph or record Demo Day events for promotional purposes. If you present at Demo Day, your name and project may be featured in MakerSquare marketing materials. You may opt out by notifying us in writing before the event.
MakerSquare does not guarantee specific outcomes including employment, income, or the commercial success of any project developed during the program. Results depend on individual effort, background, and circumstances.
The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakerSquare LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in the program. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the tuition amount paid by you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hays County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or enrollment in our program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
