Operators, in their words.

Graduated July 17, 2026 · Austin, TX
Business owners and operators — if they need to delegate anything, they’re the first ones who’d get the most out of it.

What would your team build?

Pick the team. That’s the training. Every example below is something a team builds during the program and leaves running on their own data.

Sales team
  • A prospect list that builds and enriches itself — Clay pulls your target companies, scores them by fit
  • Outreach personalized to each prospect — written by AI, sent and followed up automatically
  • Calls recorded, summarized, and logged to your CRM — reps never type notes again
The recovered hours go back into selling.
Marketing team
  • One piece of content becomes a week of channel-ready posts — in your brand voice, not AI filler
  • Campaign reports that assemble themselves from live data — no more screenshot decks
  • Competitor and market monitoring digested into a Monday-morning brief
More shipped campaigns, same headcount.
Operations team
  • Every meeting auto-summarized and filed to the right place in Notion or Slack
  • Weekly status reports that write themselves from your live project data
  • Documents — invoices, contracts, intake forms — read and extracted to structured data automatically
The recurring time drains stop recurring.
Finance & admin
  • Invoices and receipts processed into your books’ format — no manual entry
  • Recurring reports drafted straight from your spreadsheets
  • Inbox triage that sorts, prioritizes, and drafts replies for review
Month-end stops eating the first week of the next month.

Three ways to train your team.

Start with a 3-day workshop, go deep with a custom program, or send individuals to the open cohort. Depends on how many people you’re training and how specific your needs are.

Private 3-day team workshop

The fastest way to see what AI training does for your team. Three days, your people only, built around your tools and workflows. Your team leaves with working automation running on your actual data — and you leave knowing exactly what to build next.

  • 3 days — your office or Austin
  • Content adapted to your tools & use cases
  • Working systems live by Day 3
  • Proposal within 24 hours

Custom program for your company

We design a program specifically for your team and your problems. Sales, marketing, ops, finance — or the whole company in waves. We scope the content, the length, and the format with you before anything is scheduled. Your team builds a tool for your actual business, not a generic exercise.

  • 3–15 people per cohort
  • Custom length & curriculum
  • On-site at your office or in Austin
  • Builds a tool for your actual business

1–5 people

Send your people to a public cohort

They join the next open 2-week cohort in Austin alongside founders, operators, and professionals from other companies. They come back with a working AI tool and real skills they can apply to your business from day one.

  • $3,999 per person
  • Next cohort: January 11, 2027 in Austin
  • No minimum headcount — send one or five
  • They leave with a deployed AI tool

We install an AI Operating System.

Not a one-off tool — a system your company runs on. Six components, one platform, and a team trained to run it. Get all six strong and your business runs on AI, not around it. See it running inside a real business →

AiOS Vision The Base Connections Agents Operators Rhythm

Get all six strong, and your firm runs on AI — not around it.

Vision

Where AI wins

The handful of workflows where AI actually moves your numbers — ranked by ROI, automated first.

The Base

Real code you own

The platform your tools run on — auth, database, dashboards, deploy — on your own cloud. Not a rented platform with a ceiling.

Connections

One source of truth

Your systems wired into one governed place, so every tool and agent reads the same data.

Agents

Work that drafts itself

AI that drafts, scores, and summarizes across your systems — always behind a human review gate.

Operators · the bulk

Your team runs it

Most of the work: training your people to build, run, and own it. Graduation — you running it without us — is the goal.

Rhythm

It sticks

The weekly and quarterly cadence that keeps AI adopted and compounding long after we’re gone.

Learn. Build. Ship. No fluff.

Full days, Mon-Fri. On-site at your office or in Austin. Length is scoped to your program during discovery.

Phase 1 · Learn

How AI works. Applied to your work.

  • How AI models work (the intuition, not the math)
  • Prompt engineering for real business tasks
  • AI applied to your team's actual daily work
  • Identify automation opportunities across the org
  • Scope the project your team will build in Phase 2
End of Phase 1: Every participant has integrated AI into their actual job. Project scope approved by leadership.
Phase 2 · Build

Build it. Ship it. Present it.

  • Full build sprint on the scoped project
  • No-code and low-code AI tools
  • Connect to your real data and systems
  • Test, refine, document for maintenance
  • Present the deployed tool to leadership
End of Phase 2: A deployed, working AI tool. Presented live to leadership. Ready to use from day one.

Specific outcomes. Not vague skills.

One deployed AI tool

Built for your specific workflows and data. Yours to use, modify, and expand. Not a prototype. Something that runs in production when the program ends.

A team that knows how to use AI

Not just the one person who was already into it. Every participant leaves knowing how to apply AI to their job and what to automate next.

A roadmap of what to build next

Your team identifies 5-10 additional automation opportunities. You know exactly where to invest next, without needing external help.

From first call to deployed tool.

Most engagements go from first conversation to Day 1 in under 3 weeks.

01

Discovery Call

We talk to you and 1-2 people who know the operations well. We identify the highest-ROI automation opportunity. No long sales cycle.

45 minutes
02

Pre-Work Scoping

We work with your team to understand your tools, data sources, and exactly what the project will be. Leadership signs off on scope before anything is built.

2-3 days, on-site or remote
03

The Program

Full days on-site. Final day: your team presents a live tool to leadership. We leave documentation, a maintenance guide, and a prioritized roadmap.

Full days, Mon-Fri · Length set during scoping

Questions we hear often.

No. The only requirement is that participants know your business well. We've run this with lawyers, account managers, operations coordinators, recruiters, and finance teams. People who use computers every day but have never written code. Domain knowledge is the asset. We provide the technical layer.
Yes. On-site delivery is available for teams of 12 or more. It's often the right call because it's less disruptive to operations and keeps people in the context of your actual business. Travel and logistics are included in the engagement cost.
You do. 100%. Everything built during the program belongs to your company: the tool, the code, the documentation. We retain no rights. The only thing we ask is permission to describe the engagement category anonymously when talking to prospective clients.
Yes — that's the default, not an exception. A sales team's problems are different from a marketing team's problems, and the curriculum reflects that. During the discovery and scoping phase, we identify which workflows to target, which tools make sense, and what the team will build. The length is also flexible: two weeks is standard, but we can scope something shorter for a focused sprint or longer if there's more to build. The goal is to solve your specific problem, not run a generic AI course.
We run sequential cohorts — one team at a time, each with its own scoping and its own project. Sales builds a sales tool. Marketing builds a marketing tool. Each cohort is customized to that function. For 50+ people, we design a full rollout plan (sequence, timeline, pricing) in the first conversation. Most multi-team engagements are structured so early cohorts build internal momentum for the ones that follow.
Private team workshops and custom programs are quoted per engagement — the price depends on team size, length, and how custom the build is. You get a written proposal within 24 hours of the first call, and there’s no committee process on our side. Individual seats in the public cohort are $3,999.
The entry format is a private 3-day workshop — your team leaves with working automation on day three. Custom programs are scoped to your goals: length, content, and format are designed around your workflows. Individuals can also join the 2-week public intensive in Austin.
Sometimes a consultant IS the right call — for one deep, specialized system nobody internal will touch. But when the opportunities are spread across sales, ops, and admin, training wins: the capability stays in your people and compounds instead of leaving with the vendor. We wrote an honest comparison: train your team vs. hire a consultant →
We work within your security requirements. We can operate entirely on your infrastructure, use only AI tools with no data retention policies, or follow whatever data handling requirements your legal and IT teams specify. We address this explicitly during scoping before any agreement is signed.

Tell us about your team.

We respond within one business day. If it sounds like a fit, we schedule a 45-minute discovery call. No pitch deck, no demo. Just a conversation about where AI could make the biggest difference for your team right now.
