The best investment you can make
is the people already in it.

Your people know the business. A 2-week AI intensive gives them the tools to do twice as much.

Team presents to leadership

Your people already know the business. Use that.

Most companies solve output problems by adding headcount. The ones moving fastest right now invest in the people already there, giving them AI tools that multiply what they already know.

Your team's domain expertise is the asset. AI removes the manual, repetitive work that consumes it. Two weeks is enough to see what that looks like inside your specific business.

What changes after two weeks
Tasks that took hours take minutes
Research, drafting, data summarization, reporting. Your team uses AI on their actual work, not hypothetical use cases.
A live tool, built for your workflows
Not a certificate. A working AI tool your team actually uses on Day 11, built against your real data and processes.
Capability that compounds
Once your team knows how to use AI on one workflow, they apply it to the next. The investment keeps paying without additional training.

Two weeks. Full days. No fluff.

Mon-Fri. On-site at your office or in Austin.

Week 1 · Learn

How AI works. Applied to your work.

  • How AI models work (the intuition, not the math)
  • Prompt engineering for real business tasks
  • AI applied to your team's actual daily work
  • Identify automation opportunities across the org
  • Scope the project your team will build in Week 2
End of Week 1: Every participant has integrated AI into their actual job. Project scope approved by leadership.
Week 2 · Build

Build it. Ship it. Present it.

  • Full build sprint on the scoped project
  • No-code and low-code AI tools
  • Connect to your real data and systems
  • Test, refine, document for maintenance
  • Present the deployed tool to leadership
End of Week 2: A deployed, working AI tool. Presented live to leadership. Ready to use on Day 11.

Built for your business. Not a template.

Pre-work scoping with leadership. Your team builds during Week 2. Deployed on infrastructure you control.

One deployed AI tool

Built for your specific workflows and data. Yours to use, modify, and expand. Not a prototype. Something that runs in production on Day 11.

A team that knows how to use AI

Not just the one person who was already into it. Every participant leaves knowing how to apply AI to their job and what to automate next.

A roadmap of what to build next

Your team identifies 5-10 additional automation opportunities. You know exactly where to invest next, without needing external help.

From first call to deployed tool.

Most engagements go from first conversation to Day 1 in under 3 weeks.

01

Discovery Call

We talk to you and 1-2 people who know the operations well. We identify the highest-ROI automation opportunity. No long sales cycle.

45 minutes
02

Pre-Work Scoping

We work with your team to understand your tools, data sources, and exactly what the project will be. Leadership signs off on scope before anything is built.

2-3 days, on-site or remote
03

Two-Week Intensive

Full days on-site. Day 10: your team presents a live tool to leadership. We leave documentation, a maintenance guide, and a prioritized roadmap.

10 days, Mon-Fri

Questions we hear often.

No. The only requirement is that participants know your business well. We've run this with lawyers, account managers, operations coordinators, recruiters, and finance teams. People who use computers every day but have never written code. Domain knowledge is the asset. We provide the technical layer.
Yes. On-site delivery is available for teams of 12 or more. It's often the right call because it's less disruptive to operations and keeps people in the context of your actual business. Travel and logistics are included in the engagement cost.
You do. 100%. Everything built during the program belongs to your company: the tool, the code, the documentation. We retain no rights. The only thing we ask is permission to describe the engagement category anonymously when talking to prospective clients.
We run sequential cohorts. One team goes through the intensive, then the next. Each cohort gets its own scoping and builds its own project. For 50+ people, we design a multi-cohort plan and pricing in the initial conversation.
We work within your security requirements. We can operate entirely on your infrastructure, use only AI tools with no data retention policies, or follow whatever data handling requirements your legal and IT teams specify. We address this explicitly during scoping before any agreement is signed.

Tell us about your team.

We respond within one business day. If it sounds like a fit, we schedule a 45-minute discovery call. No pitch deck, no demo. Just a conversation about where AI could make the biggest difference for your team right now.
