People who use computers every day but have never written code. Domain knowledge is the asset. We provide the technical layer.
Yes. On-site delivery is available for teams of 12 or more. It's often the right call because it's less disruptive to operations and keeps people in the context of your actual business. Travel and logistics are included in the engagement cost.
You do. 100%. Everything built during the program belongs to your company: the tool, the code, the documentation. We retain no rights. The only thing we ask is permission to describe the engagement category anonymously when talking to prospective clients.
Yes — that's the default, not an exception. A sales team's problems are different from a marketing team's problems, and the curriculum reflects that. During the discovery and scoping phase, we identify which workflows to target, which tools make sense, and what the team will build. The length is also flexible: two weeks is standard, but we can scope something shorter for a focused sprint or longer if there's more to build.
